Love this homestay, the family makes you feel very welcome. They cook us a lovely breakfast every morning. The rooms are modern & very clean. We stayed in a room with a balcony ❤️. The location is superb . We loved having a cup of tea & a chat with them in the morning. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

We had a great stay here! We stayed for 3 nights, the value for money is crazy and the owners are super nice. The breakfast was always good. We did some laundry and rented a motorbike, they took the time to help us plan our days in Ninh Binh, which was really appreciated. And the location is perfect, right in the centre within walking distance of everything! Thank you very much! We highly recommend it.

Wir haben hier unsere Busreise nach Hue gebucht. Die nette Frau ist mit uns zum Busbahnhof gegangen und hat sich darum gekümmert, dass wir die Plätze, welche wir auch wollten, bekommen haben. Der Preis war auch angemessen und wir würden wieder jederzeit dort buchen. Des Weiteren haben wir uns auch noch dort einen Roller ausgeliehen , was auch reibungslos funktioniert hatte

Haben die Schilder für Tour-Angebote etc. gesehen und wollten uns erkundigen. Nach nicht mal 10 Sekunden wurden wir sehr unfreundlich ermahnt, dass wir unsere Fahrräder nicht vor dem Laden abstellen dürfen, obwohl bereits 1 Fahrrad und 2 Roller vor der Tür standen. Daher sind wir wieder gefahren. Schade!

Wish I could say something good about this place, but apart from a good location it's simply terrible. The beds are as hard as a bowling alley, there's no real blanket, no curtains, dangerous electrical wiring and the sink just overflows onto the floor. The place isn't anything close to clean either. The included "breakfast" is a reheated egg and a piece of bread. Just why? Check the video's and see for yourself. Added bonus: at night you can hear the club that plays loud music next door. Earplugs are necessary.
